Synopsis
An exploration of the experiences of immigrants residing in Italy. In the early seventies, four African friends arrive in Rome, Italy to study in preparation to be leaders in their native countries. While in Italy, they experience love, friendship and political struggles. Despite the fact they have lived in Italy for over thirty years, get married, some with Italian women, buy a house and have children, they are still not able to secure Italian citizenship.
