Synopsis
Autumn 2008, the election campaign for the forty-forth president of the United States is in full swing. As Barack Obama leads in the polls, collegiate marching bands at various American universities get involved in the electoral race. Through following the band members at University of Virginia and Virginia State University, we observe how the life and political perspective of these students is about to change by the outcome of what happens on November 4th.
