Synopsis
Gi-soo's father is a traditional farmer. He fusses at Gi-soo when he reads at night, telling him that he should read during the day, rather than waste electricity at night. Meanwhile, Gi-soo isn't happy with his father's ideas. His father believes that a farmer should only know farming. Nevertheless, Gi-soo is one of the top students at his elementary school and also a bookworm. Eventually, his father decides to sell his prized cow to pay for Gi-soo's education.
