Synopsis

Friends Doka and Bonza have not managed to gain employment in the new economic climate. Instead, they spends their days with infantile distractions. Meanwhile, heavy hitters from the former regime have built up new careers, having caught the wave of privatization. Adopting mafia tactics, they line their pockets and make sure to reinforce their position with force. Matanov and Tsonchev become contenders as intermediaries in the sale of an ironworks in Sinistra, which a Greek client has his eye on. Both want to get rich from the transaction, even at the cost of bumping off the competition. The rivals assign consultants to coordinate the venture, who in turn appoint flunkies to get the job done. In a wholly random selection, Doka and Bonza unknowingly become pawns in their scheme. With a large pay off in their sights, they set off for Sinistra, unaware of what is in store for them.
