Synopsis
Four overweight friends from the Israeli city of Ramle are fed up with dieting and the weight loss club they belong to. Herzl has been struggling with his weight ever since he was young, and his overbearing mother doesn't make it easy on him. When he loses his job as a cook and starts washing dishes in a Japanese restaurant, Herzl discovers the world of Sumo, where large people are honored and appreciated. Through the restaurant owner Kitano, a former Japanese Sumo coach, Herzl and his friends fall in love with a sport involving "two fatsos in diapers with girly hairdos". However, Herzl's dedication to this demanding men-only sport threatens his budding relationship with Zehava, a plus-size social worker.
