Synopsis
During the Last World War, when Norway and Russia fight on the same side, Gunvor Galtung Haavik meets Vladimir Koslov. He works at a fish fillet factory in Bodø, falls ill and is hospitalized. In the hospital he meets Gunvor. They enter a passionalte relationshiop. After the war, the cold war sets in, and Gunvor and Vladimir are no longer citizens of mutually friendly states. Norway's only well-known female spy, Gunvor Galtung Haavik, who spied for the Soviet Union for 30 years, was willing to do anything for love. She had to pay a terrible price. Ice Kiss renders her moving story of love and espionage in the chilliest period of hte cold war. "My own mother country I could betray, but never you and our love..."
