Synopsis

Tex, a government agent, and his former outlaw sidekick, Stingeree Kelly, cross the border into Mexico to get evidence against Livermore, who is wanted for murder by both Mexico and the United States. Tex is attracted by Rose, a bar girl, but although she seems attracted to him, too, she is known as Livermore's girl. Livermore is supplying guns to a revolutionary group led by General Pedro Gomez. Gomez recruits Jose to his band, not knowing that he is a Mexican agent. Tex is spotted as he eavesdrops from Rose's balcony on a conversation between Livermore and Gomez. Rose hides Tex in her room and pretends the guard saw her on the balcony. Tex tries to convince Rose to leave the bar, but she refuses, revealing that she, too, is a government agent. Livermore overhears her confession and sends her off with Gomez to provide company for all his men. After informing Gomez that Jose is a spy, too Livermore sends him off as well. Tex and Stingeree escape and overtake Gomez' men. During the ensuing shootout, Jose and Stingeree are killed. Before he dies, Stingeree kills Livermore and Tex rescues Rose.
