Synopsis
In this film made up of three stories, each revolves around some kind of sexual theme: In the first, a man buys an animate sex doll and has many problems getting it into his bed. In the second, a man cures his writer's block by undressing various women. And in the last story, the daughter of the President of the United States has been kidnapped and her abductors threaten to kill the girl unless the President and First Lady have sex on national television.

This film was originally shot with four segments - hence the title. It was only released with three segments, but a photo feature on the film done for Playboy magazine at the time had photos from the missing fourth part. In the article, it mentioned that the last segment had been deleted.
