Brief Synopsis

Dr. Elaine Frederick has just perfected a way of using maggots to make her test subjects not only look younger, but actually become younger. When they hear of the results of her experiments, her first clients, a team of hispanic neo-nazis, are delighted with the news. It seems they have a very elderly VIP in their group who needs to be rejuvenated before he can begin rebuilding his thousand-year reich. As their plan moves toward its completion, Dr. Frederick's habit of experimenting on stolen corpses begins to attract the attention of an investigative reporter.

Synopsis

Arriving at Miami airport, a group of South American revolutionaries, led by Carl Schumann, murder an overcurious reporter and then meet with Dr. Elaine Frederick. Recently released from a mental institution, Dr. Frederick has been experimenting with a youth restoration process in which old skin and tissue is removed by the application of a special breed of flesheating maggots. Using the basement of an old Miami Beach mansion for a laboratory, she conceals the true nature of her activities by renting rooms to nurses. Dr. Frederick is unaware, however, that Kristine, one of her new tenants, is only posing as a nurse; in reality, she is a detective working in league with the editor friend of the murdered reporter. In time, the revolutionaries bring their aged commander to the basement laboratory for treatment. With all the nurses held captive, Dr. Frederick straps the patient to an operating table, and discovers to her disbelief that the aged man before her is Adolf Hitler. Spewing invectives at him for the torture and murder of her mother years before, Dr. Frederick maniacally takes revenge by covering her agonized victim with swarms of maggots.
