Synopsis

Successful, powerful and beautiful, dealmaker Christine Letellier has it all, including the one thing standing between her and a perfect place to live: hated neighbor Jeff Wallace. Christine and her powerhouse fiance Jonathan have plans to expand her dream condo into a duplex large enough to house both of their egos, but thus far, her efforts have been thwarted by the equally stubborn Jeff--who just happens to be renting the cherished unit just above hers. As though they relish their conflict, Christine and Jeff's game of cat and mouse gets out of hand--then runs amok when Jeff receives an unexpected invitation to his ex-wife's wedding. Desperate to prove his worth to his former spouse, Jeff turns to Christine for a deal. They turn more than a couple of heads when she poses as his fiancé. But, despite her underhanded intentions, the wedding gives Christine a different viewpoint on the simple pleasures in life--and on Jeff. It takes Jonathan's deceitful eviction of Jeff from the upstairs apartment for Christine to realize where her heart really lies--causing her to re-negotiate her "deal" with The Neighbor.
