Synopsis
Rebecca and Julian are expecting their first child. When the baby is born, he seems to be a perfectly healthy and happy new born. However, Rebecca soon discovers that childbirth puts her into complete emotional turmoil. Helplessness and desperation consume her as she sees her baby as a complete stranger. Unable to admit her feelings, she slips into an emotional darkness to such a point that she realizes she is becoming a threat to her child. The only thing that can put her back on track is unconditional love.
