Synopsis
As a doctor, Diego often finds himself in life or death situations so much so that he has become inured to the pain of others. One of his patients named Sara struggles to overcome a traumatic experience. When Sara loses her grip and tries to commit suicide, her husband blames Diego. A terrible fight follows during which Diego is threatened with a gun. Hours later, the only thing the doctor remembers is the sound of a gunshot. Moreover, he has the ominous feeling that he has more to do with this gunshot than he would like to admit.
