Synopsis

Secret agent Justin Power narrowly escapes from enemy agents and reports to Cane, his superior at Espionage, Inc., who informs him that the National Intelligence Agency has captured a member of Dragon, a Communist Chinese organization. From the prisoner they learn that the Chinese are plotting to destroy Los Angeles with an H-bomb. With the help of Kitty Tu, his assistant from Hong Kong, Power learns that Ming Products, an import company, is the front for Dragon, whose leader, Big Buddha, is expecting a shipment in 3 weeks. Using their time-converter belts, Power and Kitty advance themselves to the arrival of the expected ship and discover, hidden in a shipment of rice, component parts of an H-bomb. Before they have a chance to act, though, they are captured by Big Buddha and his men, but they escape with the help of Nancy Ho, a Dragon agent who knows Power. Big Buddha and his men are killed, and Los Angeles is saved. Power and Kitty go back in time to pick up the 3 weeks they lost.
