Synopsis
Candeias is a village in the countryside, along a nice river. Three years ago, the government decided to build a dam and evacuate city for the waters. Today, three years later, the government gave up the idea of the dam and Candeias' citizens begin to return. Nina is a 35-year-old woman, who lives in São Paulo. On the newspaper, she reads that Candeias will be populated again and decides to go back. There, Nina goes to her grandfather's house, where she'll be without electricity and telephone, in the beginning. She decides to renovate, little by little, the hotel that was also grandfather's. In this new trajectory, Nina meets Miguel, an Argentinean architect, who has been living in São Paulo for four years and goes to Candeias to renovate a client's house. Their meeting develops into a passionate romance. Miguel and Nina meet in a town that shouldn't exist. They fall in love and live their passion. But life is full of surprises and turns.
