Synopsis
Three young women - Ada, Esther and Marjorie - emigrate from post-WWII Holland to New Zealand with their fiancés for what they hope will be a better life. On the plane trip - the "Bride Flight" - the three become fast friends and meet a dashing young man, Frank, who will play a large role in each of their lives. They part ways in Christchurch, but their paths continue to cross with chance meetings resulting in adultery, betrayal and near tragedy, all leading to a reunion fifty years later.
