Synopsis
When the police in a small town learn that an Eastern racketeer is planning to make his headquarters there, the police captain is assigned to capture him. He recognizes the criminal as an old war buddy, but he does not let this influence him. He finally captures the criminal when he kidnaps the police commissioner's daughter, who is loved by the captain.
