Synopsis

Skid, a burlesque entertainer, and Bonny, a specialty dancer, meet, fall in love, and marry. As a comedy-dance team they play the circuit until Skid gets an offer from a Broadway talent scout. Bonny remains "on the road" while Skid, a sensation in New York, resumes an affair with Sylvia Marco, an old flame in the same show. Aware that Skid is unfaithful, Bonny decides to divorce him and marry wealthy rancher Harvey Howell. Unable to go on without Bonny, Skid begins to drink heavily, and he loses his job. Bonny returns and helps Skid walk through the first performance of his new job.
