Synopsis
Ben Lattimore swears revenge on the Simes Brothers, members of a notorious outlaw gang who killed his sister during a stagecoach hold-up. He trails the brothers but stops after Ma Simes shoots and wounds him. Ben's girl friend Sally nurses him back to health and urges him to entrust the pursuit to Marshal Karnin. Ben, however, decides to pick up the trail of the Simes Brothers, even though his action threatens to separate him from Sally. He learns that Marshal Karnin and a posse have captured the Simes Brothers and plan to escort them to prison in a stagecoach. Ben approaches the stagecoach, hoping to kill the brothers, but Karnin convinces him that a fair trial will bring the outlaws to justice. Ben rides along to protect the other passengers in the stagecoach from the rest of the outlaw gang which is still at large. Marshal Karnin and he do not realize that Ma Simes is also a passenger. When the travelers spend the night in a deserted town, Ma Simes attempts to free her sons, and a gunfight ensues. Marshal Karnin and Ben kill Ma Simes and bring the rest of the gang to trial, and Ben returns to Sally.
