Synopsis
Buddy, an acrobatic orphan, runs away from the orphanage and joins the circus, becoming a member of a comic riding act. Tad, a lion tamer, and Kruger, a once great lion tamer trying to make a comeback after being ravaged by a killer lion, are rivals for the love of Trixie, a pretty equestrienne. During an evening show, a killer lion gets loose and attacks Tad; Kruger finds his nerve at last and fights the beast with his bare hands. The lion is shot, but not before Kruger dies, having with his last breath given his blessing to the love between Trixie and Tad.
