Synopsis

C. C. Ryder, Lizard, and Crow, members of The Heads motorcycle gang, come upon Ann McCalley, a beautiful fashion correspondent whose limousine has broken down. Lizard and Crow attempt to rape her, but C. C. overpowers them and saves the young woman. The next day, as The Heads disrupt a motorcycle race, C. C. sees Ann photographing Eddie Ellis, one of the racers, and to impress her, C. C. steals a motorcycle and wins $600 in the race. Moon, the leader of The Heads, is already angry at C. C. for interfering with the rape of Ann and demands that C. C. turn the money over to the gang's treasury. When C. C. refuses, Moon beats him up and takes the money, but later that night, C. C. seduces Pom Pom, Moon's girl friend, and steals back the money. He then moves in with Ann, but The Heads kidnap her and hold her for $1,000 ransom. C. C. makes a counteroffer of double or nothing in a race against Moon. During the race, Moon's cycle swerves out of control, and he is killed. After setting fire to The Heads' motorcycles, C. C. runs away with Ann.
