Synopsis
Dr. Frank N. Stein is a brilliant surgeon who attempts to help badly wounded Vietnam veteran Eddie Turner with a combination of plastic surgery and DNA injections. But the doctor's assistant has become attracted to Eddie's girlfriend and pathologically jealous of Eddie, so he tampers with the DNA injections, turning him into a monster with a huge Afro and a penchant for attacking women and pulling off their heads.
