Synopsis
Adventurous journey of an Iranian mother and her two daughters, on the run for their violent husband and father, through the marshlands that separate Turkey from Greece. With the help of People smugglers, they nevigate through complete darkness, inflate their rafts and paddle across the border river. At one point one of the smugglers helps carry Rojanne, carrying her literally on his back. Contrary to their image of rock hard criminals, their humane side is revealed.
