Synopsis

Aeneas leads the surviving Trojan warriors to the banks of the Tiber where they settle and plan to build a new city. The king of the province grants them permission to proceed, but a hostile neighboring chief tries to destroy the settlement by stampeding it with bulls. When Aeneas defeats the chief in a tournament, he wins the love of the princess. The chief is angered and turns his people against the Trojans. Before war breaks out, Aeneas enlists the help of the Etruscans and convinces the king of the province that the conflict should be resolved in a hand-to-hand duel. The king agrees, and Aeneas defeats the rival chief, marries the princess, and wins the blessing of the king.
