Synopsis
Centers on the life of Klaus Barbie, the Nazi and "Butcher of Lyons" who lived undisturbed in Bolivia for many years after World War II, but was caught, tried and convicted in the 1980s for war crimes. Focuses particularly on Barbie's involvement with the CIA, which reportedly employed him for years.
