Synopsis
Four people deal with loneliness and alienation in contemporary Montreal. Jean-Luc is a blind man tortured by a traumatic loss; Josephine's days have deteriorated into a spinster's dreary routine; and twentysomething Carole is going through what appears to be the final stages of a nervous breakdown. Linking them all together is Fanny, a parks-department employee engaged in an increasingly futile battle to keep the city's public spaces green.
