Synopsis
Dr. Wells tries to perfect the best breed of hamster in the world until the IRS comes knocking on his door saying he owes back taxes for several years since his parents died. Things get ugly and during a shooting with the IRS Wells ends up dead. But his spirit will not leave his hamsters or his property. Through the years his property comes to be known as the Hunted Wells Manor and stays abandon until the house is set to be the place to host a local sorority rush party. The spirit of Dr. Wells hates intruders and sets for his army of man-eating hamsters to threaten anyone entering the manor.
