Synopsis
Shy Charlottesville, Virginia mechanic Carter spends his days fixing Volvos and Saabs, and his nights following a beautiful violinist back to her apartment and sitting outside her window listening to her practice. One evening, however, he notices the pretty waitress from the local diner following him.
