Synopsis

A young man in search of a girlfriend, a female bicycle messenger in search of enlightenment, and a teenage girl weary of small town life all find themselves riding the same motorcycle. After being dumped by his girlfriend, Chris buys a motorcycle, but finds it to be an unsatisfying replacement for a woman. Ingrid, on her quest for enlightenment, has isolated herself from friends and is unhappy in her job as a bicycle messenger. Upon meeting Chris, Ingrid is fascinated with the motorcycle and the two go on an awkward date to the library. Brandi, a teenager, lives in a small town with her mother and works at a barbecue restaurant. She listens to punk rock and is tired of the town's un-cool inhabitants who do not understand her. She uses the motorcycle to pursue freedom.
