Synopsis
A television executive, frustrated with producing garbage, decides to start a broadcast revolution by hacking the code for tv set-top ratings boxes. The ratings figures are manipulated so that intelligent tv is hugely successful and trash tv fails miserably, and although this leads to a cultural revolution it also leads to backlash from the broadcasting powers-that-be.
