Dennis Rader was president of his church group and a city employee who seemed every bit the upstanding citizen. For years, however, he taunted the police and media by leaving cryptic messages. In a span of 31 years he committed brutal murders in the idyllic midwestern town of Wichita, Kansas and was labeled the BTK Killer. Ironically, those very messages led to his arrest in early 2005.
