Brief Synopsis

Famed symbologist Professor Robert Langdon is called to the Louvre museum one night where a curator has been murdered, leaving behind a mysterious trail of symbols and clues. Columbia Pictures paid $6 million for the feature film rights to "The Da Vinci Code" by Dan Brownand, and other books in the series featuring the character Robert Langdon. Those other books include "Angels and Demons," published in 2000 by Pocket Books, and a third, which is currently being written. The novel "The Da Vinci Code" was published in March 2003 by Doubleday.
