Synopsis
When the Dunlap family inherits a fortune, they move to Long Island. Natalie Dunlap, who is loved by her home town banker's son, enjoys her new society, as do her brother and parents. Soon, however, the formerly happy family is torn apart when Mrs. Dunlap becomes involved with a pseudo-count, Mr. Dunlap is attracted to another woman and Natalie's brother begins drinking too much. When the banker's son comes to visit the Dunlaps in their new home, he is disgusted by their behavior. After Mrs. Dunlap runs away with the count, Natalie brings her back and the family soon clears the air. Finally, Natalie marries the banker's son.
