Synopsis
Pablo Ramirez, exiled Santa Cruz president hiding out in a Bourbon Street apartment in New Orleans, and his daughter, Felicia, are the objects of an assassination plot headed by Pablo's despotic twin brother, Victor, who has betrayed Pablo and assumed power in the Latin American republic. Musician Tony Alcade, who was helping Pablo, is murdered while talking long-distance with Lamont Cranston, a crime fighter who can become invisible at will. Cranston comes to New Orleans and, with his aide Jogendra, uses his mysterious power to rescue Pablo and Felicia, who had been kidnaped by Victor. The way is thus paved for Pablo to return to power.
