Synopsis
An American merchant marine ship docks at Athens, and the sex-starved crew are given 6 days shore leave. Some try to pick up women at a bar; others visit Madam Calypso's international whorehouse; and a third contingent invent elaborate plans for meeting glamorous women. By chance Jim meets Tina, a beautiful Greek woman. Though they nearly lose track of each other, they are finally reunited, and their platonic relationship develops into a love affair. Meanwhile, Tina's friend Aleka is kidnaped to an island castle by her former boyfriend, Monk, a wrestler. All ends well, however. By the time the sailors leave the harbor, all have had memorable experiences, but Jim alone will return to Athens to establish a permanent relationship with Tina.
