Synopsis

The twisted logic and frequent lies that are at the core of the U.S. Government's obscenely expensive anti-drug campaign are exposed through exhaustive research that paradoxically reveals potential benefits of illicit drug use. In a series of over 60 vignettes, Drug War propaganda and the current American culture are vividly portrayed. The many segments include: a 1970's educational reel on Meth Lab fire safety and how to find a dealer you can trust; a 1950's black and white sci-fi flick; a "how to" cooking show featuring hashish brownies; a kid-TV show starring puppets that dispense drug information; and a news "expose" revealing the eerie comparisons between DARE and Hitler youth. What emerges is the startling realization that the Drug War is far more dangerous than the drugs it purports to fight.
