Synopsis
On his way to a motorboat race, Dave picks up Cindy on his motorcycle. The motorboat belongs to Frank, a carnival owner who is in debt to Don, a syndicate man who has pressured Frank into betting heavily on Dave to win the race. Frank's wife has fallen in love with Don, and Diane, one of the carnival girls, is in love with Frank. Dave has been pressured to withdraw from the race by Hugo, who purposely crashes into Dave's boat to prevent him from winning. Hugo is killed, and Dave is injured in the accident. Now Frank has lost everything, including his wife, his money, and his carnival to Don. His only consolation is Diane, the carnival girl whom he loves. However, two hoodlums from the syndicate finally catch up with Don and force him to return the carnival to Frank and to give up any claims to Frank's money.
