Synopsis

The Caribbean pirate, Don Williams the Great, returns to life, and comes from the sea to survey the land where he once made his rollicking hideaway. An amusement park called "Pirate's World" now occupies the spot. Don wanders unnoticed around the park, since the attendants are all dressed as buccaneers. The famous rock group Iron Butterfly is scheduled to perform in concert. In the spirit of piracy, Don poses as the park's publicity manager and tells the gatekeeper to allow free admission as a publicity stunt. Rock fans from miles around flock to hear the free music. As Iron Butterfly finishes its first song, an irate manager cancels the free performance. Several local groups fill in, and the young audience loves the music. Spirits are so high that one wealthy hippie agrees to pay the price of the concert if Iron Butterfly will continue. The group agrees, and the show moves on to a wild musical climax.
