Synopsis

Dick Sinclair, who has always looked after his younger brother, Frank, falls in love with Virginia Stacy, who is also the object of Frank's affection. The younger Sinclair goes west and later sends for Virginia. Deciding that she needs protection, Dick accompanies Virginia and does, indeed, rescue her from an Indian attack on their wagon train. Upon reaching their destination, Dick finds Frank involved with dancehall girl Camille Daggett, quarrels with him, and is nearly stabbed by Frank's ally, Black Joe. Dick, Frank, Joe, and Virginia thereafter engage in a series of dangerous adventures and encounters revolving around Joe's pursuit of Virginia and Frank's desire for her map of a gold mine. Dick scrambles through rapids, fights, and flames to rescue Virginia and kill Joe (who has already killed Frank).
