Notes

Although no specific release date has been located for this film, records of the NYSA indicate that it was approved for exhibition in New York state in 1946. NYSA records also indicate that the film was to be released in New York in 1953 under the title Slaves of Hitler. Although NYSA lists the film as American, it is possible that it was made in Europe and imported to the U.S., after which an English-language narration was added. It is also possible that a 1957 film listed with the NYSA entitled The Great Betrayal, which also credited Vincent Bejtman as director, is the same film as Beyond Endurance, but no other information on that picture has been obtained.
