Synopsis

[The following plot summary is based on the Spanish-language version of this film, Monsieur Le Fox ; character names refer to that version.] Luis Le Bay, a French Canadian trapper, is in love with Nedra, the daughter of a mine owner, but is accused of robbing several of the mine's gold shipments and flees. While being chased by a Mounted Police patrol, Luis saves the life of a sergeant and rescues Nedra and her father from a snow avalanche. At his trial, Luis is found innocent after testimony from the local priest resolves the mystery of the stolen gold.
