Synopsis
Lubin summary: The landlord, who cannot get his bills paid by an artist-boarder, starts to get some assistance from the authority. But the boarder, with the help of a board, which he places between the neighbor's and his house, transfers all his belongings to his friend's room. The poor landlord, who tries to follow the escaped artist, ventures on the board, but soon slips down, and, unfortunately, lands on the head of the confectioner boy, who, after recovering from the shock, administers him a severe thrashing.
