Synopsis
Biograph summary: An amusing seashore scene in which a couple of fat papas act as horses on a juvenile patrol, while the little fellows in their bathing suits are equipped with policemen's caps and clubs. They arrest a disorderly youngster after a terrific combat and carry him to the temporary police station in a tent on the sand.
