Synopsis
Biograph summary: An excellent picture of Capt. Boynton and his sea-lions. The Captain walks out on a plank over the water with a basket of fish. The sea-lions clamber about him struggling for their food. One of them becomes very insistent, and succeeds in pushing Captain Boynton into the water, making a very laughable climax to the picture.
