Synopsis
Lisa Vernon walks out on her husband, Paul, a fashionable gynecologist. Shortly afterwards, Paul is taken to a party by his partner, Robert Sterne; gets drunk; and spends the night with an attractive Frenchwoman, Tina Monet. Tina is evicted from her lodgings for staying out all night, whereupon Paul has his housekeeper, Mrs. Webster, employ her as a maid. Having discovered that she is pregnant, Lisa soon arrives at the house, anxious to effect a reconciliation with Paul, and she meets Tina, who has also learned that she is pregnant. Since both babies are expected at the same time, Lisa asks Robert to register both infants as her twins by altering the birth certificates. Both Lisa and Tina give birth to twins, however, making the scheme impossible. Robert resolves the problem by marrying Tina, and Lisa and Paul are reunited.
