Synopsis

Nicole meets Roger on a deserted Mediterranean beach and takes him to her villa, where he reveals his plan to kill Nicole's neighbor for seducing his fiancée. Nicole relates a story, hoping to discourage him: André Michel, heir to his father's lucrative textile business, decides to become a priest. Mr. Michel contracts his debauched nephew Don to persuade André to abandon his plan. At a cabaret, André is attracted to Don's mistress, Theresa, an exotic dancer who agrees to encourage André's naive interest. When André learns of the plotting, he jealously hits Don and kills him . Moved by this account, Roger nonetheless will not abandon his plan, claiming that his fiancée's seducer robbed him of the only woman he could love. Nicole seduces Roger and convinces him that his future is not so desolate. They part and promise to meet again.
