Synopsis
Helga, a young woman, becomes pregnant. She and her husband are instructed in the proper exercises and preparations for the birth of their child. Physicians, nurses, and other medical personnel with the aid of diagrams and microphotographs offer Helga and her husband information on human sexuality and reproduction. Finally, the birth of Helga's son is shown in detail through the use of close-up photography. Helga is later shown nursing her baby at home.
