Synopsis
When wealthy Texas entrepreneur Romney Elrod brings hillbilly singer "Corny" Wilson to Earl Dudley's New York office, the public relations man sees an opportunity to rid his company of its indebtedness. With the help of his dedicated secretary, Cynthia, his society girl friend, Willi Trublood, her young actress friend, Katie Mallory, and a pornographer, he sets up hidden cameras in an old Long Island house to set the scene for blackmail. Katie is given the job of seducing Corny before the cameras. Instead, she falls in love with the strait-laced singer, who remains completely within the bounds of propriety while she takes off her clothes. Earl forces Katie to continue with their plan, and she seduces the wealthy Texan, Elrod. When Elrod is presented with the incriminating evidence, he counters with a stag film of his own. For years he has made sex films to excite his frigid wife. Earl is the only one shocked by what he has caught on film, since Willi is revealed in the midst of the orgy. A call comes for Katie from New York. The owner of the Club Mogador has seen her with Corny on film and wants to hire them as a team, stripping and singing. Meanwhile, Willi uses another of Elrod's stag films to break down Earl's resistance to marriage. The Texan tells Earl that he would prefer to do business with a married man. Earl gives in, while Corny and Katie leave for their New York nightclub engagement.
