Highlights include: (1) a 1904 French comedy called The Bath Chair Man; (2) Mack Sennett's Keystone Cops and Bathing Beauties; (3) Charlie Chaplin in two of his early comedies, The Adventurer and The Cure; (4) Douglas Fairbanks in a western spoof called Wild and Wooly; (5) scenes of Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy before they became a team; (6) Ben Turpin playing checkers with Cameo, the Wonder Dog; (7) Harry Langdon in a World War I comedy; (8) Houdini rescuing a heroine from the brink of Niagara Falls in Man From Beyond ; (9) serial queens Pearl White and Ruth Roland escaping from countless dangers, including Warner Oland and Boris Karloff; (10) Monty Banks and his girl friend trapped on a runaway train in Play Safe ; (11) Charlie Chase in one of his early comedies; and (12) excerpts from the comedies of Al St. John and Snub Pollard.
