Synopsis

United States Supreme Court Associate Justice Robert Jackson delivers the opening indictment of war criminals at Nuremberg. In another part of Germany, two U. S. Army officers question a young woman who, despite her pleas that she is not a Nazi, reveals her true Nazi beliefs while she explains her life under fascism. Documentary footage of Nazi Germany is interpolated with her remarks. Sequences include marching Nazi soldiers, aerial warfare by the Germans against the Allied air forces, V bombs, youth camps, Hitler's speeches, Nazi propaganda, concentration camps, and methods of torture. The woman finishes her monolog, is judged to be innocent, and is given her freedom.
