Synopsis

President Jakar of Southnesia flees to Japan after his government is overthrown in a revolution. Although N-Bussan, a corporation supplying arms to the Jakar regime, has aided his flight, the company also has an agreement to do business with the revolutionary government if the company can eliminate Jakar. N-Bussan hires Kujo, a professional killer, before the revolutionary government can send its own assassins. The Japanese government assigns Toda, a top police inspector and an Olympic sharpshooter, to protect Jakar. Toda wards off many attempts on Jakar's life, and during a demonstration against the deposed president's presence in Japan he accidentally kills Kujo's American girl friend. Kujo kills Toda's assistant, and Toda and Kujo then engage in a duel to settle their personal and political differences.
